Alright, so today is the first day of my (personal) BodyRock challenge. Basically I'm just going to print out a calendar and X off each day after I do my work out for the next 30 days. Today's work out is actually from the beginning of June on the BodyRock.tv website.

Interval Timer is get to 5 rounds of 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Completing as many reps of the following exercises as possible. Try to complete 3 times through (this means the work out would last for 15 minutes)

1) Sandbag swing (using the pink sandbag)
2) Crab Shack with mountain climbers
3) Sandbag lift side lunge (using the pink sandbag)
4) Push up with spider man push up (which is really a pike push up)
5) Plank sandbag pull (using the pink sandbag)

Update:

Ok so my workout is done and it was a killer! It's amazing what one day off can do to you! Plus I didn't eat very well yesterday. Alright so I did end up doing all 5 workouts 3X through and here are my numbers:

1) 26 / 27 / 27 (10# sandbag)
2) 4 / 3.5 / 4 (this is 10 crabs and 10 mountain climbs each)
3) 10 / 11 / 10 (10# sandbag)
4) 7.5 / 7 / 6 (push ups on knees and then pike push up counts as one rep)
5) 7 / 6 / 6 <these were killer!

For breakfast I had a protein shake. I make them with fresh or frozen berries, 1 T.organic peanut butter, 1-2 T. whole fat greek yogurt, 1/4 c. unsweetened coconut milk, 1 scoop protein powder (I use Jay Robb) and some distilled water. Lunch today was simple I just had a burger patty with some ketchup and mustard with a side of steamed broccoli (we need to go grocery shopping). I have to work tonight so dinner is already made. I am having a chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing and more steamed broccoli. Hopefully after the 4th my meals will become more interesting
