I'm finally feeling better so working out will resume tomorrow! Here's the workout and the link


Set your interval timer to 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. (Beginners try 30 seconds or take breaks and modify where needed)
Repeat the below circuit for 6 rounds
This is short but Intense !! So push hard for all 6 rounds !!
1) SANDBAG SUMO SQUAT – using the Pink Sandbag
2) PLANK KNEE TOUCH
3) SANDBAG SWING – using the Pink Sandbag
4) PLANK FLOOR JUMPS

Set your interval timer to 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Go all out for 6 Rounds of the following exercises
1) 2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Sumo Squat – using the Pink Sandbag
2) 4 x Tuck Jumps + 4 x Tricep Push-Ups
3) Sandbag Swing – using the Pink Sandbag
4) 2 x Ski Abs, 2 x In & Out, 2 x Floor Plank Jumps
