Set your interval timer to 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. (Beginners try 30 seconds or take breaks and modify where needed)
Repeat the below circuit for 6 rounds
This is short but Intense !! So push hard for all 6 rounds !!
1) SANDBAG SUMO SQUAT – using the Pink Sandbag
2) PLANK KNEE TOUCH
3) SANDBAG SWING – using the Pink Sandbag
4) PLANK FLOOR JUMPS

1) 2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Sumo Squat – using the Pink Sandbag
2) 4 x Tuck Jumps + 4 x Tricep Push-Ups
3) Sandbag Swing – using the Pink Sandbag
4) 2 x Ski Abs, 2 x In & Out, 2 x Floor Plank Jumps
