Alright well after a week of ear problems I'm back to BodyRocking and eating healthy! I have a month until my engagement photo session and I want to look my best so it is time to get serious. Tomorrow I will be having my shake for breakfast (I am out of protein powder so it won't have that in it). Not sure what my lunch will be yet but for dinner I am having a salad with spinach, artichoke hearts, fresh corn, avocado, black beans, roasted red pepper dressing and grilled herb chicken. I am also starting my 30 day January BR challenge and will be posting my August before picture. Unfortunately from being lazy with eating and working out I have gone backwards since my last pic (that changes this month).

Fit Test:
Set your interval timer to 50/10 and complete as many as the following exercises in the time as you can. We will be using our interval timers in every single workout of this 30 day challenge and it is basically the only must have item for BodyRocking. Our timers let us know when to switch exercises and the “beeps” keep us all pushing harder then a regular clock ever could. Ask any seasoned BodyRocker and they will tell you that working out with our timers takes it to a whole different level.
Squat Jump
Push Ups
Burpees
High Knees
Switch Lunges
Tuck Jumps
Straight Abs
