So dinner last night was ground beef, peas, corn, tomatoes and black beans cooked in some chicken stock seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and cayenne served over smashed cauliflower. It was delicious! Alright so here's today's workout

Workout Breakdown:
Do each exercise 3X through
Burpees + Push-up
Reverse Pull Ups using the Dip Station
Triple Plank Jumps
High Knees using the Dip Station

I do not have a dip station so I do the modified exercises for those
