Wow I haven't post in a few days! Sorry for anyone that actually follows this blog! Tuesday I did a repeat workout and killed it!! Here is the workout and the scores from the last two times I did it. I only timed myself this time but didn't count the reps of the second workout. I did Sean's workout in 8:56.8!!!


Sean’s Workout:
Sean’s workout is 3 Rounds of  15 Reps Per Exercise.
Sand Bag Swing using the  PINK sandbag 
Sand Bag Up Right Row using the PINK sandbag
Sand Bag Squat Jump Press using the PINK sandbag
Sand Bag Lunge Press Side Turn using the PINK sandbag

11:40.8 (6 lb weight)               9:35.5 (10 lb sandbag)


Lisa-Marie’s Resistance, Cardio & Core Workout:
Set your interval timer to 10/50 for 12 rounds. You need to complete the following 6 exercises twice through.
Clean & Press using the Pink Sandbag  Apr: 25/20 (squat jumps)  Aug: 15/16 (10 lb sandbag) 
Squat Leaps Apr: 18/16   Aug: 27/23
3 Tier Push ups   Apr: 8/10 (knees)    Aug: 7/9 (feet)
Close hand push ups  Apr: 10/8 (knees)  Aug: 8/4 (feet)
Squat & Press using the Pink Sandbag  Apr: 16/15 (6 lb weight)  Aug: 20/12 (10 lb sandbag)
Switch Lunge’s   Apr: 14/15   Aug: 22/20
